By accessing or using YWork, you agree to these Terms of Service along with our Privacy Policy.
YWork connects gig service providers ("Workers") with clients ("Employers").
- Must be at least 18 years old
- KYC verification is mandatory
- Provide accurate signup information
- Secure your login credentials
- Workers can list services, apply for gigs, and manage bookings
- Employers can post gigs and review applicants
- Respectful and professional behavior is expected from all users
- Payouts are processed upon gig completion via secure gateways
- Service fees may apply, shown before booking
- Employers may cancel per guidelines
- Workers missing gigs may face penalties
- Refunds handled case-by-case with evidence
- Disputes must first go through YWork's internal panel
- YWork can mediate and issue final decisions
- Users may review gig experiences
- Reviews must be respectful; abuse may be removed
- Ratings influence visibility and trust
- Platform content belongs to Yachii Technologies
- Users retain rights to uploads but grant usage rights to YWork
- Users may deactivate anytime
- YWork may suspend for policy violations
- You will be notified of major updates
- Continued use means acceptance of new terms
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are resolved via arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
